Hadn’t a choice?

When you download music from the net for free, do you have a choice? Yes, you do! The way I see it is that if I can’t get the song from itunes, then I download the song from the net. But, most people just sit in their leather chair, sipping wine and smoking dollar bills who go get bit-torrent programs and getting viruses on their computer. Just my thought on this, IF you can’t get it from great and affordable forms of music download(itunes, bigpond music) then and only then shall I get it for free off the net.

Recently, Miley Cyrus released a new album called Breakout. Miley is the daughter of the magnificantly brilliant Billy-Ray Cyrus. I do listen to some Hannah Montana(Miley’s Alter-ego)songs and I do like them even though, like brittany spears 10 years ago, Hannah/miley is mainy liked by 5-15 year old girls, which is an intresting “stereo-type”. Now, because Australia is away from the greatness, we have movies/tv shows/music released much later than the rest of the world(sometimes anyway). This was the case for the new albumĀ  – Breakout. I did download it for free, but I do want to get it from itunes when it is released in Australia. Mainly to get it backed upwhen I get it but also mainly to support these cool people. I am not a crazy protester sayng “celebraties are suffering from torrents” and stuff but that is simmilar to how I feel.

P.S. I want to keep posting blog stuff on here like this that I can get off my chest and not on my other blogs(greg and gary comics, pop-culture planet etc). Expect maybe regular updates.
