Ever have those words where if you say it a thousand times it sounds ridiculous? Like on the TV show ‘How I Met Your Mother’ it was the word bowl. For me, right now, its computer.

Other kids my age, in my area, right now, would be studying for their HSC Half-Yearlies, while taking periodic breaks to complain about said exams on Facebook. That or playing a game called ‘Happy lion’, a game where you are a lion rawring away enemies and ducking under stuff, all in an attempt to win Year 12 rings for your grade at school, no doubt will be the basis of another J. R. R. Tolkien story. ‘Lord of the Happy Lion Rings’. I find the title of the game ‘Happy Lion’ ironic as if you play the game, that is one grumpy looking lion.

Well I have been spending my Saturday moving and plugging in old COMPAQ computers and stressing about not the half-yearlies, but the major tasks I have to get done for later this year. The Society and Culture PIP is the boring half of my year. Won’t get into that much. My Software project however is proving to be fun and interesting.

If you came into my workroom used for art stuff when I get the chance, computer stuff and school work, the conversation would go something like this: “Oh, your into computers?” “…what was your first guess?”

Theres essentially 2 screens for fun, Facebook and DVDs. The other 2 for coding and school work. Seems good.

Thanks for reading.
